Positions available

• Crop and Field Operator

  • Key skill areas include operating tillage equipment, grain carts, tender trucks and trucking (non CDL). Operator will be also be responsible for equipment cleaning and washing, facilitating with land improvement and chainsaw operation, drainage tile repair and grain bin cleaning.

  • Must be knowledgeable with data mapping, iPads, auto-steer and in-cab controllers.

• Crop and Field Technician

  • Key skill areas include operating planting equipment, combines, nutrient applicators, trucking (CDL) and excavation equipment. Technician must have detailed mechanical skills and ability to perform quality work unsupervised.

  • Must be knowledgeable with data mapping, iPads, auto-steer and in-cab controllers, documentation, product prescriptions, and fluent with farm management software.
